Waikiki Village Policies
All reservations will require a credit card deposit of $150 per room, per stay for incidentals. Deposit will be fully refunded 24-hours post-checkout if there are no damages to the room. Deposits will not be refunded if there is damage to the guest room, linen, or if smoking has occurred in the guest room.
Check-in Policies
- Guests may check in after 4:00 PM and must check out before 11:00 AM.
- A valid major credit card and photo identification are required at check-in.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to check in.
Payment & Deposit Policies
- A credit card deposit of $150.00 per room is required.
- A deposit of $150.00 per person is required on golf packages.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.
- No personal checks will be accepted for payment of account.
Taxes & Fees
- All reservations are subject to 13% sales and local taxes.
- Reservations of 90 nights or longer are exempt from standard sales and local taxes.
- The taxes, service charges and value added tax shown on your e-mail confirmation are those currently in effect. Taxes, service charges, etc. are subject to change without notice according to local law.
Parking Policies
- 1 Bedroom rentals and smaller will receive 1 parking pass at check-in.
- 2 Bedroom rentals and larger will receive 2 parking passes at check-in.
Smoking Policies
- We are a smoke-free and tobacco-free motel. This includes all rooms, balconies, and common areas.
- As a courtesy to other guests and to maintain a healthy and clean environment, the use of electronic cigarettes, vaporizers, and smokeless tobacco of any kind is also prohibited.
- Violation of this policy will result in a minimum $150.00 cleaning fee and/or eviction of stay.
Pet Policy
- Pets are not permitted. However, all ADA recognized service animals are always welcome.
